Dr. Sarah Pachner is a graduate of the Clinical Psychology Psy.D. program at Immaculata University. She received her Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Her training consists primarily of cognitive and behavioral interventions with a focus on early attachment experiences and environmental influences.  Dr. Pachner has worked with a wide range of patient populations including children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and emotional dysregulation, veterans with PTSD, and forensic psychiatric patients and inmates. In addition to providing group and individual psychotherapy, Dr. Pachner also has experience conducting forensic assessment including violence risk assessments with individuals adjudicated not guilty by reason of insanity or incompetent to stand trial. Her interests surround the diagnosis and treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and developmental disabilities and conduct disturbances.

Dr. Jennifer Watjen, Ph.D., is a part-time independent contracting psychologist at CFPCS, LLC/Morristown DBT. She has been with the practice since February 2021.  Dr. Watjen primarily delivers individual treatment services for adolescents and adults. Outside of the practice, Dr. Watjen is an independent contractor, completing psychological assessments for nuclear power plants and workers' compensation evaluations. She is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey and New York State.

Dr. Chris Guarino is a graduate of the Clinical Psychology PhD program at Long Island University, Brooklyn. His clinical experience includes having worked in short- and long-term psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers for children and adolescents, college counseling centers, and community mental health programs. Most recently, he was the psychologist on a forensic unit, where he treated legally-involved individuals with diagnoses of serious and persistent mental illness and conducted violence risk assessments. In his work in the community, Dr. Guarino uses his experience to help individuals experiencing the full spectrum of psychological distress, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and mood and psychotic disorders.

Christopher King, JD, PhD, is a part-time independent contracting psychologist at CFPCS, LLC/Morristown DBT. He is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey and New York State. At the practice, Dr. King delivers individual and group treatment services, provides psychoeducation and assessment services for public safety organizations, and engages in quality improvement and supervision activities with Dr. Rafanello. When not at the practice, Dr. King works as a clinical psychology professor.
